This morning, I received an email alerting me to the fact that the Emirates Lounge at JFK will be closed until early 2018 for a refurbishment:
I don't have any pictures from prior visits to the lounge, but in my view it was somewhat...uninspiring. I did appreciate a fountain/water feature they had in the lounge.
Hopefully we'll see a "more inspiring space" in early 2018, though airport construction projects are notorious for delays.
